Today, Asain Baykhanov presented the new first deputy head of the region to the asset of the region

By the order of the Akim of Pavlodar region, in coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serik Batyrguzhinov was appointed to the post of first deputy akim of the region.

Serik Batyrguzhinov was born in 1964 in the Irtysh district. In 1990 he graduated from the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agronomy, and in 2004 – from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence, Master of Economics and Business. In different years he held the positions of akim of Kachir, Aktogay, Irtysh, Terenkol, Bayanaul districts. From January 2023 to the present, he worked as deputy akim of Pavlodar region.

In addition, Deputy Akim of the region Dauren Zhambaibek took office today.

Dauren Zhambaibek was born in 1981. Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He started his career as a leading specialist of the Agency for Protection of Competition and Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years, he worked as an assistant to a deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Ministries of Economy and budget planning, regional development in various positions. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Director of the Regional Development Department of the Ministry of National Economy.

The responsibilities and supervised issues of the deputy heads of the region have been redistributed. First Deputy Akim of the region Serik Batyrguzhinov will oversee regional construction, energy and housing, architecture and urban planning, state architectural and construction control, mobilization training and civil protection, passenger transport and highways, agriculture, veterinary medicine, physical education and sports.

Deputy Akim of the region Aizad Kurmanov remains in charge of the curatorship of the departments of education, culture, development of languages and archives, healthcare, coordination of employment and social programs.

Dauren Zhambaibek will be responsible for the activities of the Departments of Finance, Economy and Budget Planning, Subsoil Use, environment and Water Resources, entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development, public procurement, land relations and digital technologies.

The Chief of Staff, Didar Ibrayev, will oversee the work of the Departments of Information and Public Development, Religious Affairs and Labor.

Asain Baykhanov wished the appointed deputies success and fruitful work in the new position, gave a number of specific instructions, stressing that professional experience and knowledge should be directed to the sustainable development of the region.
