The head of the region Asain Baykhanov checked the passage of the heating season in Ekibastuz
Akim of the region visited several residential buildings, checked the supplied heat parameters and met with residents. The house on Auyezova str., 79 has been without KSK control for several years and was experiencing under-heating. This year, the residents, having chosen a new service organization, carried out targeted fees and performed significant work on the repair of indoor heating and water supply systems, sewerage, next year they plan to update the roof. The residents of the Kenshiler street, 93, also solve the issues of the vital activity of their house. According to residents, it is now warm in the apartments, in case of problems with individual risers, the necessary measures are being taken.
Then Asain Baykhanov inspected the construction of a new additional heating main TM-7/1, which will eliminate the imbalance of the city's heat supply system and improve the hydraulic parameters of several neighborhoods. Now there is the development of a trench, the installation of monolithic trays, the assembly and installation of thermal chambers, waterproofing, installation of compensators, etc. The construction of a new reserve main of process water from the pumping station of the second lift to the Ekibastuz CHP is also continuing. More than 7.5 km of the 12 km of the technical pipeline have already been laid and installed. It is planned to complete the facilities by the end of the year.
After checking the construction sites, Asain Baykhanov held a meeting of the operational staff. Prior to the meeting, the akim of the region presented the state award on behalf of the Head of State - the medal "Eren Enbegi Ushin" to Sergey Ugarkin, an employee of Bogatyr Komir LLP, who could not take part in the solemn meeting in honor of the Republic Day. The head of the region thanked Sergey Nikolaevich for his work and congratulated him on the state award.
Asain Baykhanov also noted the significant contribution of the repair crews of the city-forming enterprises of Ekibastuz, who warmed the city day and night during the emergency. One of these moments was captured by Pavlodar artist Svetlana Kravchenko. The picture was written according to the plot of a video from the social media page of the head of the region. Having bought the painting from the artist, Asain Baykhanov today handed it to the hero depicted on it - the locksmith of "Sredazenergomontazh Pavlodar" LLP - Ali Mammadov.
After that, the akim of the region continued the operation and heard a report on the work of the station. At Ekibastuz CHPP, 4 out of 10 boilers are in operation, 2 are in reserve. The repair of the remaining 4 boilers has been completed by 80%, the work is planned to be fully completed by the end of November.
As the akim of Ekibastuz reported, on behalf of the head of the region, housing inspection specialists, together with thermal engineers, carried out work on 20 high-rise buildings, whose residents addressed nedogoev's issues. Each case was dealt with individually and the necessary technical solutions were made, which made it possible to improve the hydraulic regime in these houses.
Asain Baykhanov noted that thanks to the work carried out, the number of appeals from residents of Ekibastuz has significantly decreased and instructed to continue this practice, paying special attention to 182 railways that do not have service organizations. Asain Baykhanov also ordered to continue explanatory work with the residents of these houses on the election of one of the forms of management, which is necessary to ensure the preservation of the property of residents and ensure timely repair of in-house utilities.
