A new head of the regional Public Procurement Department has been appointed

By the order of the akim of the region, Momynov Kanat Algabekovich was appointed head of the public Procurement Department of the Pavlodar region.

Kanat Algabekovich, born in 1990, has a higher education. In 2012 he graduated from the M.Saparbayev South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute with a degree in finance.

He started his career in 2007 as a programmer, then worked as an accountant in various organizations.

From 2015 to 2022, he held a number of positions in the state revenue bodies in the cities of Shymkent and Astana – Chief Specialist of the Department of State Revenue, Chief Auditor of the Financial Control Inspectorate, Chief Specialist of the Public Procurement Department, expert in risk management, audit, appeal and protection of rights, head of the Audit Department, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit in Almaty regions and regions of Zhetysu.

Prior to his appointment to this position, from May 2023, he worked as the head of the Internal Audit Service of the Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development.
