The head of the region Asain Baykhanov checked the progress of the launch of the heating season in Ekibastuz

At Ekibastuz thermal power plant, 5 out of 10 boilers are fully ready for operation. Today, 2 of them are in operation, 3 are in reserve, which will be connected with a decrease in the outdoor temperature below zero. The repair of the remaining 5 boilers is planned to be completed by the end of October.

The reconstruction of 4 new heating mains has been completely completed, their flushing and crimping has been carried out. The networks are up and running.

Of the 690 multi-storey residential buildings, heat supply is provided for 395 MZHD. The launch of all high-rise buildings is scheduled to be completed on October 10. From tomorrow, a phased connection to the heat of the private sector will begin.

Hot water supply is currently available in 524 high-rise buildings, the supply to the remaining 166 MZHD is scheduled until the end of the day on October 9.

Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov visited social facilities, checking the supplied heat parameters. For example, at school No. 26, a temperature of 27 degrees is provided for today. Of the 90 social facilities of Ekibastuz, 79 facilities are connected to the heat supply. The remaining 11 are planned to be connected by October 10.

The head of the region also met with residents of several houses to get acquainted with the quality of heat supply in different districts of the city. A lot of work has been done on all the problem houses of Ekibastuz, where there is no service organization. The city-forming enterprises of the city helped to prepare 184 multi-storey buildings for winter.

Asain Baykhanov noted that he was grateful to all enterprises that responded to his call and provided assistance to residents.

- In Ekibastuz, a lot of work has been done in a short time to repair the equipment of the CHP, update the heat supply networks. There has not been such a large-scale repair campaign since the construction of the city of miners. However, all our efforts will be justified only in the case of full preparation for the reception of heat and the houses themselves. Many Ekibastuz people understand this. In 131 houses, residents repaired heating units at the expense of targeted fees this year, replaced old risers and pipes of the in-house heat supply system. Another 184 high-rise buildings, which were abandoned by KSK at one time, were helped by the city-forming enterprises of the city. Everyone has contributed to the common cause. I am very grateful to them for this," the governor of the region said.
