Ekibastuz is waiting for large-scale landscaping

Significant works on street lighting, road repairs, asphalting of courtyards and the arrangement of playgrounds and playgrounds are planned for next year in Ekibastuz.

 Today, the akim of the region visited the courtyards of several houses where there is no intra-block lighting and above-entrance lighting is mainly practiced. About 900 million tenge is needed to install lighting poles in 279 yards. This project is planned to be implemented in 2024-2025.

Stage 1 is planned to make 150 yards in microdistricts No. 3, 4, 5 "A", 5 "B", 8, 8 "A", 9, 15, 19 and 21 bright and safe.

Stage 2 will cover the remaining 129 yards.

 Also in 2024, it is planned to improve 50 yards, install playgrounds and playgrounds, as well as asphalt the territory.

 - There is a lot of work to be done. Now in many yards there is no asphalt, playgrounds and playgrounds. Also without lighting the streets of the city. Next year we plan to start these works and continue in the following years," Asain Baykhanov said.

 Also, during the detour of the city, the head of the region visited one of the popular leisure places of Ekibastuz residents - in the Shakhtar Park. On the reconstruction of the oldest park, public hearings were held with the participation of the population and public figures. It is planned to carry out zoning of the park with the construction of an amphitheater with a stage, children's and sports grounds, as well as recreation areas for older people.

 The head of the region, Asain Baykhanov, noted that the Shakhtar Park should become a favorite place of attraction for citizens, where it should be safe and comfortable for different groups of citizens. At the same time, the work must be carried out without demolishing existing plantings, and also take into account and immediately provide places for food zones and attractions for children.
