By order of the Akim of Pavlodar region, Imanzaipov Yerzhan Beibitovich was appointed to the post of head of the Regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development.

Yerzhan Beibitovich was born in 1984, has a higher education. He started his career in 2006 as the chief specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of the city of Pavlodar.

From 2006 to 2011, he worked as a leading specialist of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2013, he was Deputy Director of the Department for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Akmola region, then until 2014 - Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies.

From 2014 to 2017, he held the positions of deputy akim of the city of Pavlodar, deputy akim of the city of Ekibastuz. From 2017 to 2019, he worked as the head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Pavlodar region. From 2019 to 2020, he was the akim of the city of Ekibastuz.

Prior to his appointment to this position, he was the akim of the city of Pavlodar.
