Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov paid a working visit to Ekibastuz, where he checked the progress of repairs at the CHP, as well as the main heat supply networks

Repair of boilers and main equipment continues at Ekibastuz thermal power plant. The work is proceeding according to the approved schedule. On boilers №11, №12, №13, №14, № 15 the installation and assembly of the frame of boilers, burners and pipelines, screen panels, dust pipelines, etc. is underway. 330 people are involved in the repairs.

The reconstruction of 4 heating mains is being completed, the work has been completed by 95%. At the final stage, bellows compensating devices and shut-off valves are installed, as well as the device of thermal chambers. These works are planned to be completed by September 20.

Of the 690 apartment house, 664 houses received certificates of readiness, where flushing and crimping of thermal nodes and internal systems were performed. Work continues on the remaining houses and will be completed by September 18.

Akim of the region instructed not to reduce the pace of work and their quality, noting the importance of coordinated actions in all areas of work.

- Ekibastuz residents should get heat in time, - Asain Baykhanov said.
