Dear residents of Pavlodar region!

Dear fellow countrymen!

Today we celebrate one of the most important holidays. On this day, 28 years ago, the Basic Law of our country was adopted.

The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on a solid foundation of constitutional norms and principles that ensure stability in politics and social life, strengthen interethnic peace and friendship in our large family of peoples.

On June 5, 2022, the majority of Pavlodar voters approved constitutional amendments aimed at political reforms initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The new Constitution lays down the process of transformation of the whole country, the main priorities of the republic's development are fixed there. It is our duty to guard these values, to remember the history of our country, to protect the laws, to be fair and honest in our thoughts and actions.
