Assassin Baykhanov took part in the college of pedagogical workers of Pavlodar region. He noted the difficult work and high results of teachers in the region
- Pavlodar teachers are the best in the republic. For the last three years, our region has been ranked 1st in the country in terms of the effectiveness of regional educational systems. There are more than 280 medals of international and republican Olympiads in the school piggy bank of the region," the head of the region noted.
The system of technical and vocational education of the region is rightfully recognized as the leading one in the country. It is no coincidence that the region was chosen as the base for the republican August conference in this direction.
In turn, local executive bodies provide conditions for the development of education. Budget expenditures on material and technical equipment of educational institutions have been increased 3 times. The issue of providing schools with equipped bathrooms and drinking water sources has been completely resolved. This year, 46 school buses were purchased for the transportation of children. 165 schools have been modernized in three years.
The board also discussed the introduction of the republican "Program of Holistic Education" from September 1. Akim of the region instructed to develop a regional concept of educational work taking into account today's realities.
- It should be effective and cover all levels of education, starting from preschool age, - said the head of the region.
Taking into account the demand for the state language, the akim of the region outlined the task - to strengthen the work on improving the quality of teaching children the Kazakh language, using the best methods and best practices.
The issue of staffing small schools remains relevant. In this regard, Asain Baykhanov proposed to launch a grant program "Rural teacher".
One of the topics of discussion was the receipt of state grants by school graduates from socially vulnerable families, who have not been allocated by akimats of cities and districts for the last 3 years. Asain Baykhanov instructed akimats of cities and districts to resume the allocation of educational grants.
Separately, Asain Baykhanov focused on the safety of children and the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
- In this regard, I instruct you to develop a single roadmap for the prevention of bullying. To connect experts and the parent community, which today is ready to be with us and support all our initiatives. Additionally, I instruct the Department of Education to create an Alliance of Parents and hold its First regional forum on Family Day by September 10 of this year.
Akim of the region thanked the teachers for their dedication to the profession, love and attention to children, for innovation, and tireless search.
