Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov inspected the progress of work on several projects of improvement of the city of Pavlodar
The head of the region visited the Dachny microdistrict, where centralized sewerage networks for private sector houses are currently being built within the boundaries of Kazakhstanskaya Pravda and Ladozhskaya streets. Currently, work is underway on the installation of gravity sewage in the area of Tulskaya-Azovskaya streets. After that, work is planned on laying and installing the pressure collector. All work on the project should be completed by the end of September.
- Residents of the private sector spend a lot of money from the family budget on pumping septic tanks and calling drains by washing machines. This is especially expensive for pensioners and low-income citizens. We must improve the infrastructure of the city, creating comfortable conditions for our citizens. A centralized drainage system in the private sector should be everywhere. Such projects were launched last year in several microdistricts of the city and must be carried out efficiently and on time," the governor of the region noted.
The next object of the visit was the railway station of the regional center, the last major repair of which was carried out in 2004-2005. In February of this year, Asain Baykhanov instructed to work out design solutions for the reconstruction of the railway station, determine the division of functional zones and start developing design estimates. The expenses for the reconstruction of the railway station were assumed by the city-forming company of the region - KAZ Minerals Boshakol.
The works include renovation of the cash register, waiting areas, arrangement of the food court area, replacement of the suspended ceiling, floor covering. The heating and water supply systems, sewerage, electric lighting will be completely updated. As of today, construction and installation work has begun on the second floor of the building. It is planned to complete the work by the end of December.
Also, the akim of the region got acquainted with the construction of an administrative building on the territory of the ski base "Green Grove". Earlier, Asain Baykhanov instructed to provide comfortable conditions for athletes to practice in winter, arranging places for children to change clothes, waiting for parents, etc.
To date, work has begun here on preparing the construction site, pouring the foundation, after which it is planned to erect a structure of sandwich panels and landscaping the territory.
The akim of the region was extremely dissatisfied with the work on the reconstruction of the former railway college in the mkr. "Second Pavlodar", where an Art center for children should appear on the site of an abandoned building. Despite the fact that the contract for the reconstruction of the building was concluded in March, for almost 6 months only a small amount of work has been carried out at the facility, there is a significant backlog from the established schedules.
Asain Baykhanov instructed to analyze the objective deadlines for the completion of the remaining work and submit an adjusted plan for the implementation of this project by August 23, after which further decisions will be made on it.
