Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov paid a working visit to the city of Ekibastuz, where he checked the progress of repairs at the CHP, as well as main and intra-block heat supply networks. Repair of boilers and main equipment continues at Ekibastuz thermal power plant. More than 270 people are involved in the work. The work is proceeding according to the approved schedule. On boilers №11, №12, №13, №14, № 15 work is underway on the installation and assembly of the frame of boilers and burners, screen panels, flues, dust pipelines, etc.

By the end of August, it is planned to complete the reconstruction of 4 heating mains. More than 120 people and 48 units of special equipment work at these sites. Currently, the installation of new networks and thermal cameras has been completed, subscribers will be embedded soon, after which specialists will conduct flushing and crimping of new networks. All welding work on the networks is carried out by ultrasonic flaw detection.

Preparations for the reception of heat by the housing stock are actively underway. According to the akim of Ekibastuz, 643 MZhD (out of 690 MZhD) received certificates of readiness. Flushing and crimping of thermal units and internal systems are carried out on these houses. In 490 MZhD, the system was adjusted, throttle devices were installed and puckering was carried out.

According to the results of hydraulic tests in Ekibastuz, 109 damages were detected on the most vulnerable sections of the networks. As of today, 71 impulses have been eliminated.

Akim of the region instructed to keep the issue of preparation for the heating season under special control, not to reduce the pace of work and their quality. The Housing and Communal Services Department, together with the Akimat of Ekibastuz, was instructed to prepare the necessary documentation for the subsequent construction of a new TM 7/2 highway and a backup technical water pipeline.
