The head of the Department of Information and Public Development of Pavlodar region has been appointed

By order of the Akim of Pavlodar region, Abeuov Azilkhan Karigulovich was appointed head of the Regional Department of Information and Public Development.

Azilkhan Abeuov has two higher educations. In 1995-1999 he studied at Zhezkazgan University, majoring in English and German. In 2015 he graduated from the Estonian School of Diplomacy, majoring in International Relations and European Integration.

He has been working in the civil service for more than 10 years. He worked as the head of the Industrial and Innovative Development Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since August 2016, he has held the position of deputy akim of Bayanaul district.

Prior to his appointment to a new position, he worked as the akim of the Shcherbakty district.
