The New Akim of Sherbaktinsky District Has Been Appointed

After the candidate for the position of Akim had been agreed in the District Maslikhat, the Head of the region Bulat Bakuov introduced this candidate to the local core group and immediately gave the instructions.  

“You should get acquainted with the problems of the district, deal with economic indicators, analyze the efficiency of all state programs for business development, – Pavlodar Oblast Akim said. – “Right at the moment, you have to present the plans for the next year. The main mission is to raise investments. Besides, the district is oriented to agriculture and it is interesting in terms of tourism. As of today, many roads have been repaired here. This year we plan to make provision for the repair of all oblast and republican roads. It is also necessary to intensify the work of small-to-medium business, to inspect the quality of construction of five water pipelines in the district”.

 

Azilkhan Karigulovich Abeuov was born in 1978 in Karaganda Oblast. He has two higher educations. Since 1995 to 1999, he studied in O. A. Baikonurov Zheskazgan University on a speciality of a “Teacher of English and German”. In 2015, he graduated from Estonian School of Diplomacy majoring in International Relations and European Integration. The total length of service is 14 years, in civil service is 10 years. Before the new appointment, he has served as Deputy Akim of Bayanaul district.
