During the working trip of the deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Ekibastuz, a round table on the topic "Topical issues of heat power engineering" was held
The event discussed issues of further development of this industry, repair work at thermal power plants in the regions of the country and preparation for the upcoming heating season.
The first deputy akim of Pavlodar region Khasar Khabylbekov told about the preparation for the heating season in the city of Ekibastuz. He noted that the work is being carried out here in several directions:
- preparation of Ekibastuz thermal power plant;
- preparation of heat, water and electricity supply networks;
- preparation of residential buildings;
- balancing the city's heat supply system.
This year, 10 boilers are planned to be repaired at the Ekibastuz thermal power plant, 8 of which will be overhauled. Currently, boiler cleaning and preparatory measures have been carried out on all boilers.
On three hot-water boilers (No. 11, 14, 15), dismantling works are at the completion stage, after which the installation of new equipment (screen panels, blow fans, smoke pumps) will begin. Construction and installation works are planned to be completed on steam boilers No. 7 and 9 by June 10, work is underway on gas flues. For the remaining three boilers - No. 5, 6, and 8, work will begin in June.
The repair of each unit of the station's equipment is under constant control of the regional leadership - from the moment of conclusion of contracts, production, delivery, construction and installation works to start-up operations," the speaker noted.
A lot of work is planned for the reconstruction of 4 thermal highways of the city of miners. 5.4 km of networks will be updated. 9.0 billion tenge has been allocated from the Government reserve for these purposes. Work on the facilities will be completed in August.
During the hydraulic testing of heating networks in Ekibastuz, 269 damages were detected
On behalf of the akim of the region, Asain Baykhanov, work is being carried out on an operational basis to eliminate these damages, after which hot water supply in residential buildings of Ekibastuz will be supplied to more than 90% of the Moscow Railways. To date, 178 damages (66%) have been eliminated, 483 or 70% of 690 MZhD have already been connected to the hot water supply.
Until June 10, hot water will be supplied to all houses, with the exception of 98 MZHD, falling under the reconstruction of heating mains. These houses will be connected until August 25 after completion of all repairs.
On behalf of the head of the region, preparations for the upcoming heating season of multi-storey residential buildings are actively underway. Crimping of thermal units, testing and cleaning of water heaters, flushing of the internal system were carried out in 235 MZHD (35%).
City-forming enterprises are assigned to the preparation of 182 multi-storey residential buildings that do not have a condominium facility management body.
All necessary measures to prepare the city for the heating season are carried out on time and are under the operational control of the regional leadership.
