A large-scale clean-up was held in the Pavlodar region

The regional spring clean-up began in the early morning. Thousands of residents of multi-storey and private houses, representatives of KSK and businesses joined the cleanliness marathon. Together with young people, volunteers, deputies and collectives of state institutions, Akim of the region Asain Baykhanov took part in it.

The head of the region took part in planting trees in the Metallurgists' Park, where the city authorities also presented a plan for landscaping the regional center. Being the mayor of the city, Asain Baykhanov significantly changed the approach to landscaping. If earlier up to 1,000 trees were planted in Pavlodar per year, then in 2021 this figure was 20,000 trees. This year, the number of new seedlings that will be planted in the regional center will be brought to 27 thousand. The green belt will cover the airport, the village of Pavlodar, the territory of the PNKHZ and will stretch to the Zhastar microdistrict, while a significant part of it will be left by hardwoods.

The head of the region instructed not only to plant new plantings, but also to carefully monitor their survival and irrigation quality, to continue the introduction of automatic irrigation in the city's parks. Today, such a system is available in 4 parks, two more automatic watering will be installed in the near future.

Subbotniks were held in many courtyards of multi-storey residential buildings. Residents of the house on Lomova, 181/1 also responded to the call, and the sports community also joined in to help them. Participation in the purity marathon has grown from a real celebration of the yard, where residents covered the dastarkhan and cooked pilaf.

In total, residents of all cities and districts of the region took part in the regional clean-up, no one stood aside. By joint efforts, thousands of trees and shrubs were planted, house territories were cleared, and memorable places were also paid attention to, parks and obelisks were put in order.
