He has three higher educations. In 1989, he graduated from Semipalatinsk Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute with a degree in Zooveterinary, in 2014 – Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Economics and Business, in 2016 – a Master’s Degree Course in InEU.He began his career in 1989. Over the years, he held various management positions. From 1997 to 1998, he was the Head of the Department of Agriculture of Pavlodar Region, from 1998 to 1999 – the Head of the Agriculture Department of Zhelezinsky District, from 2006 to 2014 – Akim of Maisky, Bayanaul Districts.
