71.5 thousand hectares of floodplain territory will be processed to combat the midge

This will require 102 tons of biological preparation.

In general, there are already 60 tons of the necessary drug in the region and today another 20 tons have been delivered by the contracting organization. The new supply and shipment of the drug was checked today by the head of the region, Asain Baykhanov. The remaining volume is expected to be delivered no later than April 10 of this year. Eurocubes have also been purchased and the necessary equipment for aircraft processing has been prepared.

After the snow has completely cleared, the scientific support group will begin phenological observations of the development of midge larvae. The work on the fight against midges is under special control.
