Nurlan Dyusimbinov appointed the head of Pavlodar region akim’s office

The previous place of work of Nurlan Shaikhslyamovich Dyusimbinov was the Department of Finance of Pavlodar region. He was the head there.

Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov told about Dyusimbinov’s experience working for the government and wished him success in the work.

“Today, people are waiting for changes. And we must start with ourselves - regional akim’s office. It is necessary to establish a system of cooperation with the population. We have to build a new system to consider appeals. There should be no formalism in this matter”, the head of the region said.

Agybay Amirin, relieved of his post, namely head of Pavlodar region akim’s office, will continue working here. Abylkair Skakov expressed him gratitude for the work he had done and awarded him with the certificate of honour.

Nurlan Dyusimbinov was born in 1973 in Pavlodar. In 1994 he graduated from Karaganda Cooperative Institute and in 2003 - Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. He is an economist and lawyer.

In 1994 Nurlan Shaikhslyamovich Dyusimbinov started his professional in the Pavlodar branch “Igilikbank”. In 1997 he worked in the Tax Committee of Pavlodar city. From 1998 to 2003 held some positions in the Tax Committee of Pavlodar, then he was appointed the head of the department of the Tax Committee of Pavlodar region. In 2005 he was deputy chairman of the Tax Committee of Pavlodar and in 2007 he headed this department. From 2008 to 2014 he worked as deputy head of the Tax Department of Pavlodar region. From 2014 to 2016 Nurlan Dyusimbinov was the chairman of the revision group of Pavlodar region.

From 2016 to 2017 Nurlan Dyusimbinov was akim of Aksu city. In November 2017 he worked as the head of the regional Department of Finance
