Dear Pavlodar citizens!

 

New Year is coming – the time of joyful meetings with relatives and friends. This is a celebration that brings people together in their expectation of something new. It is at this time that everyone makes wishes, dreaming of well-being, happiness and health.

The outgoing year brought us many joyful events and those related to overcoming difficulties. However, we coped with all the challenges and honourably passed the test of strength.

I am sure that 2018 will be remembered by each of us. Pavlodar Oblast was able to improve its performance in many areas. Our Oblast is actively developing in industry, agriculture, small and medium business, we are building new social, educational and sports facilities. Much of what we conceived earlier became a reality.  The New Year is a symbol of hope, renewal and change. I am deeply convinced that in 2019 Pavlodar Oblast will continue its progressive development and will be able to solve the most courageous and serious tasks. I want to express my gratitude to each Pavlodar citizens for creative work and love for a small country.
