New Appointment

The Department of Monitoring the Use and Protection of Land in Pavlodar Region changed the Head. Alexander Babenko took the leadership of the government agency.

As Head of the regional department for monitoring the use and protection of land, Alexander Babenko replaced Seytzhan Dzhumashev, who had worked in this position since July 2016.

Alexander Babenko was born in 1966. In 1987, he graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, and in 2007, he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Laws. From 1983 to 1992, he served in the Agency of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1992 to 2008, he worked as an individual entrepreneur, the Chairman of the supervisory council, the General Director of Tokkata, LLP.From April 2014 to May 2015, he was the Deputy Head, the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of Pavlodar Region. Before to his appointment to the new position, he held a position of the Akim of Pavlodar Region.
