During the dialogue, the parties discussed the legislative aspects of the transportation of goods in the region and issues relating to overloads during the transportation of bulk cargo.
The fact that in the Pavlodar region will actively deal with overloads on country roads, it was said more than once. But, as it turned out, not all carriers involved in the supply of coal, rubble, grain and other goods are aware of the legal framework for cargo transportation. That is why the initiative group of entrepreneurs representing small and large freight transportation companies was invited to a meeting with the participation of the first Deputy Head of the Region, Ulan Zhazylbek, the transport prosecutor, representatives of the transport inspection and the local police service. “In the Pavlodar region, 80% of the roads are in a normal and satisfactory condition and this is one of the best indicators in the Republic of Kazakhstan, so we will not allow to destroy the roads we are repairing,” – said Ulan Zhazylbek.
– “Today you are driving a heavy truck, and tomorrow with your family you are taking a car to rest in Bayanaulsky park or in a village with relatives, complaining about the quality of our roads and remembering the akimat with an unkind word? This should not be.” According to the inspection of transport control, in 2018 more than 2 thousand violations with the participation of heavy trucks were detected, in 700 cases the weight parameters were exceeded. In addition, the local police service recorded other violations – an independent “buildup” of the sides of the body or trailer, the installation of additional technical tanks, and so on. Therefore, during the dialogue, representatives of the transport inspectorate and the Ministry of Railways explained some provisions of the legislation on cargo transportation.
