Bulat Bakauov spoke during a session of the regional maslikhat. He thanked the people’s representatives for the fruitful work in 2018 and asked them to get involved in the work on the implementation of new ideas and program projects.

“The work should consist not only in the formation and execution of the budget, the meeting of the standing committees,” – said the Head of Oblast. – “At the local level, there should be control in the implementation of state programs, repair, road construction and the normal functioning of housing and communal services”.

As the Oblast Akim noted, the deputies should work with the akimats of cities and regions to meet more actively with the population, conducting systematic explanatory work.

“We have numerous programs for the development of the agrarian business, according to which a loan is given at 4% for 15 years, but not everyone knows about them,” – said Bulat Bakauov. – “Therefore, we are developing a development plan for each district, where clear indicators will be written for local managers”.

The Head of Oblast also focused the attention of each participant of the meeting on the implementation of the resettlement program, development of roadside service, simplification of land allocation and improvement of the housing system.
