I heartily congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

December 16 is a holiday symbolizing the freedom and greatness of the people, dear to all of us. This is the day of remembrance of our national heroes who made a significant contribution to gaining independence.

"There is no greater value for Kazakhstan, a country with a rich history and deep roots. This is the most precious treasure, the most intimate possession. Therefore, we value the Independence that our ancestors dreamed of. Independence was not given to us as a gift or by chance," President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.

Today our country is entering a new period of independence, initiatives are being implemented to build a fair Kazakhstan.

Residents of the Pavlodar region also make a significant contribution to strengthening the main value of our country. Thanks to the daily work of each of you, our region occupies a special place in the economy of the state. I am sure that your contribution to the development and prosperity of our country will only grow.
