The circulation of Ekibastuz heating systems is not disrupted
This was reported at a meeting of the operational headquarters on the situation in Ekibastuz, deployed under the chairmanship of the acting akim of the region. It was attended by the Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the heads of Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP, shareholders of CAEC JSC and representatives of responsible government agencies. Abylkair Skakov listened to the reports of the parties and gave instructions.
According to Pavel Melnichuk, General Director of Ekibastuzteploenergo LLP, a heating surface rupture was detected on boiler No. 11. Now three power and two hot water boilers are working. Another one is being prepared for launch. The temperature remains at 70 to 42.
- We try not to force the rapid heating of the feed, so that the return line has time to approach, there was no temperature shock and the number of damages did not increase. Approximately at 20.00 – 21.00 we plan to light the 12th boiler, - Pavel Melnichuk informed.
According to the parties, microdistricts 5A, 5B and 6 remain without heat at 21:00. These are 149 multi-storey residential buildings, 15 social facilities and 12 legal entities. At the same time, it is planned to connect 19 multi-storey buildings.
- The station was held, all boilers are in operation. Coal, fuel oil are present. There are no technological violations at the CHP. The whole problem is on the networks. The only problem is that the central highway is flooded. It is necessary to pump out the water, the relevant services are involved, - said the Chairman of the Board of JSC "CAEC" Bagdat Oral.
According to the first deputy akim of the region Oleg Kruk, the city did not miss the water and kept all the heating networks, they are operational.
- All necessary measures are being taken to subsequently launch painlessly and minimize the areas that will be adversely affected. Now we are pumping out water on Mashhura Zhusup. As soon as we pump it out, our situation should immediately normalize," Oleg Kruk said.
Abylkair Skakov stressed that the situation is under constant control and instructed to create a separate mobile group to conduct explanatory work with residents of disconnected houses.
We have preserved the circulation of the city's heating networks. The situation is contained. The city is located with heat supply. I have visited the facilities, for some of them the optimal temperature regime. Several neighborhoods that are located in the city center are without heat supply. Therefore, our main task is to identify the places of large gaps and quickly send deployed brigades there," the head of the region noted. - It is necessary to quickly localize and eliminate the damage, for this there are all repair teams.
Now the Energy Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan has started checking on the spot. There are four reserve boilers, one of them is in the kindling, the temperature of the heating network is rising.
Earlier, before the meeting of the operational headquarters, Abylkair Skakov visited emergency heating networks, the regional child support center, Ekibastuz city Hospital, secondary school No. 6 and multi-storey residential buildings. 76 children were relocated from Ekibastuz to Pavlodar, including 36 pupils of the child support center who found themselves in a difficult life situation. Also, 26 patients of the mental health center with three escorts were deployed to the regional center. Seven children with their parents were taken to Pavlodar on a sanitary transport to continue treatment.
The acting akim of the region, together with his deputies, heads of relevant departments, akim of the city of Ekibastuz, has been at the scene of an emergency since early morning and keeps the situation under personal control.
