The Akim of Pavlodar Oblast met with the youth on the dialogue platform. A kind of forum took place in Imanzhusup Kutpanov Sporting Complex in Aksu.

The most active young people of the region were invited to the meeting, as well as guests from Astana – a public figure Nurlan Uteshev, a blogger Rinat Balgabaev and many others. Addressing the participants of the meeting, Bulat Bakauov elaborated on what kind of support would be provided to aspiring businessmen.

“For start-up entrepreneurs, we created a separate package of tools,” – he said.- “Within the framework of “the Bastau Business” project, we taught 353 people from among the youth to the basics of entrepreneurship. On the basis of the Youth Initiatives Development Center, we are launching a new project, Young Business. A base of young entrepreneurs and their projects has been formed to find investors and sponsors, who will soon open their doors to the Business Center for Youth”.

Over the help of young businessmen think at the republican level. According to the Acting Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Public Development Askhat Oralov, Astana has developed a three-year program, according to which every year, 10 000 grants of 500 000 tenge will be issued to start-up entrepreneurs under the age of 29.

“Relatively speaking, if a young man is a turner or a welder, he can be provided with a vocational education free of charge, they will help to draw up a business plan and receive a grant for half a million tenge” – said the speaker. – “For already advanced young entrepreneurs in the framework of the program of productive employment and development of entrepreneurship, up to 5 thousand microcredits up to 18 million tenge will be allocated each year for three years”.

Also, the 23-year-old head of the farm Olessiya Scherbak, the defender of the Irtysh football club Ruslan Essimov, the businessman Alexander Gagloyev, the volunteer Ayazhan Kurmanova, the teacher Alyona Shevchenko and others addressed the meeting participants.
