Flour mill resumed work in Shcherbakty district
After 10 years, a grain processing facility was again launched in the district center. At the same time, the former SES building was reconstructed into an apartment building. On the second day of the working trip, the head of the region held an extended meeting with residents of the Shcherbakty district.
The new mill complex LLP "ATO Shcherbaktinsky elevator" was put into operation in January of this year. The company employs five local residents. The design capacity is 60 tons per shift. The assortment includes flour of the first grade, second grade and bran. Akim of the region instructed to increase production capacity.
- The appearance of such facilities with year-round employment as a mill is a positive change, - Abylkair Skakov emphasized. – It is necessary to go to processing and to the planned capacity. The district has the entire vertically built system: its own crops and storage facilities. Next, you need to think about the finished product, look for the right model.
125 people study at the Shcherbakty Agrarian and Technical College. Every year, up to 30 people are trained in short-term advanced training courses at the college. 78 residents of the district studied at the center of topical professions. Abylkair Skakov instructed to strengthen the work of the CAP on the basis of an educational institution.
All colleges have full autonomy. With the existing deficit in the labor market, we need not to train specialists in two or three years, but in one year or six months, - suggested the regional akim. - The director of the college can restructure the curriculum to meet the needs of the peasant farms.
Here, the head of the region was presented with a project for the production of vegetable oil. The capacity of the future enterprise is 50 tons per day or 120 thousand tons per season. The production facility will consist of four workshops and oil storage tanks. It is planned to provide jobs for 227 people from among the local population. Construction is scheduled for May 2023.
The former building of sanitary and epidemiological supervision was reconstructed into a residential building. There will be 18 apartments here. The cost of the project is 194 million tenge. After the completion of the necessary procedures, housing will be issued to people from social categories. Abylkair Skakov once again reminded about the high-quality construction of a residential building, which will accommodate people on the waiting list. Now in the district about 200 people are registered to receive apartments from the state housing stock.
Shcherbakty district is one of the most successful in the field of agriculture. The volume of livestock production increased by 1.3 times. There are two large agricultural enterprises. By the end of the year, it is planned to commission a vegetable store for 500 tons, build two vegetable stores for 2 thousand tons each, a livestock base for 300 head of beef cattle.
The head of the region, dwelling on the issues of infrastructure, instructed the akim of the district to qualitatively and timely implement projects to provide clean drinking water in two villages - Syntas and Malinovka.
- To solve the problem with freezing of water pipeline sections in the village of Sharbakty, I instruct to speed up the development of design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the water supply system, - Abylkair Skakov emphasized. – In 10 out of 27 villages, the signal is unstable and there is no mobile Internet. The Department of Digital Technologies, together with the akim of the district, needs to work out the issue of connecting the remaining villages to the Schedule and complete the work in the next 2 years.
Positive indicators are also observed in the educational sphere. There are 625 prize-winners and winners of republican and regional competitions in the region. For three years, 8 schools have been modernized. Including in 2022 two schools in the district center, in the villages of Sosnovka and Galkino.
During the field meetings of the heads of regional departments, 74 appeals were received - almost 40% related to social issues. Abylkair Skakov instructed the akim of the district to solve them at the local level. Today, in the region, the “Digital Family Card” operates in pilot mode to identify families in difficult situations, provide them with social assistance and support in the form of guaranteed payments.
Most of the questions voiced to the head of the region concerned the renovation of social facilities. So, a resident of the village of Khmelnitskoye asked for a major overhaul of the school. In addition, the settlement needs children's and sports grounds. Akim of the region instructed the leadership of the district to put in order and equip the rural park with the necessary areas for children and youth, and to introduce the school modernization project into the program "Auyl - el besigi". At the end of the meeting with the population of the Shcherbakty region, Abylkair Skakov held a personal reception of citizens.
