The House of Culture was opened 25 years later in a remote village of the Shcherbakty district

A new House of Culture on the site of the previous burned-out building was opened in the village of Yesilbay. And in Shalday they plan to start producing furniture from local wood. The head of the region Abylkair Skakov paid a working visit to Shcherbakty district.

The building of cultural and leisure activities for 100 seats in the village of Yesilbay was launched this year. The cost of the project is 139.1 million tenge. The village library, the council of veterans, and the branch of Kazpost are located here. There are vocal groups for the older generation "Bakytty Azheler", choreographic groups, as well as table tennis and handicraft sports clubs. As cultural organizer Umitzhan Kudaibergenova admitted, the residents needed a modern recreation center for a long time.

 – In our village, a house of culture has been opened, which has not been since the old one burned down 25 years ago. The villagers are actively involved in the work of circles, the guys are engaged in choreographic circles. The House of Culture is equipped with the latest technology, there is an LED screen. All this thanks to the support of the leadership of the region, - the employee of the Palace of Culture shared.

Here, Abylkair Skakov met with local aksakals, who voiced their questions and thanked the head of the region for improving the quality of life of the rural population.

- The House of Culture was long-awaited. The most important thing is to fill it with soul. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter. No wonder they say that where there is culture - there is unity, so we are ready to support your projects, - said the regional akim.

In the village of Shaldai, the head of the region got acquainted with the activities of the RGU GLPR "Ertis Ormany". To renew the forest fund, two-year-old pine seedlings are now being planted in the autumn on an area of ​​2,800 hectares. The total area of ​​the park is 278 thousand hectares. Abylkair Skakov instructed to strengthen information and explanatory work among the population, aimed at preserving forest lands.

At the same time, the nature reserve is 100% equipped with equipment - 28 fire trucks, 38 tractors with a plow, 21 patrol cars, 14 small fire complexes, etc. And this year, a woodworking shop started operating on the basis of the branch, which has been idle since 2015. Nine people are provided with work - all local residents. As director of the branch Arman Bektemirov said, the capacity of the shop is 300-350 cubic meters of wood per month.

- Last year, when visiting our enterprise, the akim of the region gave an instruction to renew the production site. Today the machines are installed. Of all the wood received, we process about 40%, - said the director of the reserve.

Abylkair Skakov instructed to revive the woodworking industry, which had previously developed in the region.

- All this can be commercialized. With the right organization, you can increase your revenue. It is necessary to focus on woodworking projects, - the head of the region emphasized.

Akim of the region held a meeting with the labor collective of the nature reserve. The institution employs 307 people. Ertis Ormany employees asked their questions. In particular, they concerned the construction of a sports complex. Abylkair Skakov promised to consider the possibility of implementing the project. At the end of the meeting, a number of workers were awarded Certificates of Honor from the regional akim, and the veteran of forestry, Zupar Yesmukhanov, was awarded the medal "For Services to the Region."

Under the program "Auyl - el besіgi" in the village of Galkino, a new recreational complex is being built. Already next year, local residents will be able to attend new sections in volleyball, football, basketball, freestyle wrestling, table tennis, chess and togyzkumalak. According to the contractor, by the end of this year, a roof will be installed in the building, heat will be conducted, and then interior decoration will begin. It is worth noting that there was no such social facility in the village before.

We are constantly working to improve the quality of life in the villages. It is necessary that the work be carried out with high quality and completed on time,” the head of the region instructed.

Abylkair Skakov met with residents of the village of Galkino. The villagers shared their long-awaited joys and asked questions of interest to the head of the region.

On the highway "Galkino - Zhana-aul - Alekseevka" the akim of the region got acquainted with the progress of repair work. The total length is 31 km. This year, a medium repair of the road is being carried out for 20 km. The project amount is 848 million tenge. As the contractor assured, the work will be completed within 10 days. In general, by the end of the year, the share of the region's roads in good and satisfactory condition will reach 93%.
