Dear countrymen!

I sincerely congratulate you on the main National holiday - the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

32 years ago, the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Kazakhstan was adopted. This document symbolized the first step towards independence, the formation of a new country, and today - Fair Kazakhstan. On October 25, 1990, we determined the inviolability of the borders of our republic, the supremacy of the Constitution and laws of Kazakhstan.

At a meeting of the national kurultai, the President of the country, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, returned the status of a national holiday to the Day of the Republic.

We meet this holiday with faith in our own strength, we are rightfully proud of our rich history, culture, economic, scientific and spiritual potential.

Today Pavlodar region is one of the industrialized regions of Kazakhstan. According to the results of 9 months, the socio-economic development of the region maintains a positive trend and growth in indicators in all major sectors of the economy.

We owe our successes and achievements, first of all, to the residents - professionals in their field, whose work has made Pavlodar region an investment-attractive region.

Dear countrymen! I wish you good health and prosperity, success in the implementation of all your plans. May peace and harmony always reign in our common home. May everything that has been achieved be preserved and be sure to increase in the future.
