83 residents of Pavlodar region received state awards for the Republic Day
On the eve of the national holiday, a number of Pavlodar residents were awarded high state awards for their contribution to the development of the country and active social activities. Akim of Pavlodar region presented orders and medals on behalf of the Head of State.
Opening the solemn ceremony, Abylkair Skakov congratulated on the important historical date of independent Kazakhstan.
- 32 years ago this day marked the emergence of a new republic - sovereign Kazakhstan. Like a steppe eagle, our country has overcome various challenges that have fallen on the path of an independent state,” the head of the region said. – Today, Kazakhstan is preparing for a new long journey. It is symbolic that its beginning again marks the same date, October 25th. This year, it has regained the status of a national holiday, on which I congratulate you all from the bottom of my heart!
Akim of the region recalled the fundamental values of the Kazakh people - justice, equality and unity. As Abylkair Skakov emphasized, all this is inextricably linked with the achievements of our citizens, who daily contribute to the development of the country.
- These principles formed the basis of the reforms initiated by the Head of State. In 10 months, we have witnessed the beginning of the implementation of cardinal economic and political reforms, and in less than a month, Kazakhstanis will cast their votes in the presidential elections, - Abylkair Skakov addressed the people of Pavlodar. - Such a number of turning points in the history of our country give special significance to the current Day of the Republic.
On the eve of the celebration of the Republic Day, 83 residents of Pavlodar region were awarded high state awards on behalf of the Head of State. Including today 11 Pavlodar residents were awarded the order "Kurmet", the order "Enbek Danky" of the III degree - the locksmith of JSC "KEZ" Pavlodar Ivan Bardashevsky and the chief engineer of LLP "UPNK-PV" - Ivan Fedorov. About 20 residents of the region were awarded the medal "Eren enbegi ushin", including the chief metrologist of JSC "Kaustik" Viktor Vakhitov, drama artist of the Pavlodar Regional Kazakh Music and Drama Theater named after Zh. Aymautov - Zhumakhan Dospaev, director of the secondary school named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly - Mayra Mambetova, director of the TV company "Irbis" - Timofey Golev and others. Two more residents received the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, one was awarded the Shapagat medal.
The awardees thanked for the high appreciation of their work and social activities.
“Today, we appreciated the work of our citizens, who made a great contribution to the development of our common home. I wish you all well-being, health and may our common shanyrak be strong, - said Idiyat Abdykalykov, holder of the Kurmet order.
At the end of the celebration, a festive concert was held with the participation of Honored Workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maira Mukhammedkyzy, Aigul Imanbayeva Marzhan Arapbayeva, Kazakh artists Serik Ibragimov, Dastan Orazbekov and the chamber choir of the regional philharmonic named after Isa Baizakov.
