Abylkair Skakov held a personal reception of citizens
Residents of the region asked questions about the development of infrastructure in the Second Pavlodar microdistrict and the activities of non-governmental organizations.
Bekbolat Nygmanov, a resident of the Second Pavlodar microdistrict, a veteran of Chernobyl, is worried about the lack of a sewer system along Dalnevostochnaya Street. Previously, he applied to the city akimat, but the problem, according to the Chernobyl veteran, has not been resolved for years.
The head of the region instructed the city akim to take personal control over the issue of engineering communications.
- The budget application for the project will be approved, - said Abylkair Skakov. - The design and estimate documentation has passed the examination. I instruct next year to solve the problem of the residents of Dalnevostochnaya Street.
Also, the regional akim received the leaders of the IE "School KEO" Elena Kisanova and the NGO "Family and Children Pavlodar" Gulmira Kurmangalieva. Public activists were interested in the issue of further functioning of the system of sports sections and creative circles "ArtSport".
- We have carried out work in Bayanaul, Uspensky, Pavlodar regions, the rural area of Aksu and Pavlodar. But we did not receive vouchers in connection with the closure of the portal,” the social activist said.
Recall that this program has been operating since last year, however, in the spring of 2022, the system was suspended throughout the country.
- The portal revealed a number of flaws related to fictitious reports of service providers. To eliminate these problems, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made changes to the rules,” Abylkair Skakov explained. “From next year, we will double the funding for this program.
He added that in addition to ArtSport, free creative circles and sports sections operate in all schools of the region. At the same time, the regional akim explained that they plan to continue the implementation of the republican program, and the approved vouchers will be paid.
Abylkair Skakov instructed the heads of the supervising departments to carry out explanatory work in this direction among the population.
