Improving rural infrastructure and know-how ideas of local students. During the working visit, Abylkair Skakov got acquainted with the socio-economic development of Aksu and its rural area, and also met with the younger generation of the monotown.

For the first time in a long time, infrastructure has been improved in the village of Syntas of the Algabas rural District. Street lighting has been installed, major repairs of the driveway have been completed, and the gravel of the intra-village road has been carried out.

– Our village is flourishing before our eyes. There was water in the houses, roads were repaired, a stele was put up. Now we have all the amenities for living, – a local resident rejoices.

Abylkair Skakov noted the importance of improving the quality of life of villagers and instructed to develop a strategic development plan for each locality.

– Akims of all levels need to implement the idea of a Hearing state in reality, – the head of the region stressed. – It is important to create such conditions so that young people do not leave the village.  To do this, the local authorities need to support them.

There are 1004 students studying at the Aksu Higher Multidisciplinary College named after Zh. Musa, 796 of them under a grant. According to Director Alma Aituarova, all graduates of last year are 100% employed. There is a competence center, where the scientific laboratory is located. For example, local students have developed an electricity saving system.

The governor of the region proposed to work out the project together with universities and commercialize ideas, as well as develop a five-year plan for interaction with employers.

– Based on the needs of the labor market, it is important to pay special attention to practice so that college graduates are guaranteed employment, – said Abylkair Skakov. – It is necessary to actively cooperate with entrepreneurs and develop students' business ideas. And then there will be a fusion of science, engineering and business.

Here, on the open spaces of the dialogue platform, students shared their achievements with the head of the region. Abylkair Skakov stressed the priority of improving personal qualities and erudition.

– You are advanced young people, the future belongs to you, - the akim of the region addressed. – And your generation, as the Head of State says, will govern the country. There is no need to stop, because you have many opportunities for self-development and realization of your potential.

This year, a new sports complex for special children has been launched in Aksu. The facility includes volleyball, basketball, futsal courts, halls for table tennis, martial arts and Paralympic sports. By the way, this is the only sports complex in the country where children with special needs can study. The akim of the region stressed the importance of introducing such practices.

– We need to further develop and implement such social projects. This is the very example when all children, regardless of their abilities, can play sports," Abylkair Skakov said.

Also, the akim of the region met with residents of a high–rise building on 39 Embankment Street. The day before, the adjacent territory was landscaped here - a playground and sidewalks were installed. During the conversation, the issues of transition to a new form of house management were discussed. The head of the region once again reminded that local government agencies need to strengthen explanatory work in this direction.
