Abylkair Skakov gave a number of instructions on the implementation of the Action Program of the Pavlodar region
More than half of the total seed stock has already been harvested by agricultural producers for the harvest of 2023. Seed filling continues. The heads of authorized departments reported to Abylkair Skakov on the progress of the harvesting campaign and the implementation of the Action Program of the Pavlodar region for the current year at an expanded meeting of the akimat of the region.
Today there are 257 warehouses in the region for storing 912.1 thousand tons of grain. At the same time, as the head of the regional department of agriculture Nurbolat Makashev reported, 88% of 142 vegetable storages are equipped with modern technological equipment.
- To date, the highest yields for grain crops are observed in the Uspensky, Terenkol, Zhelezinsky and Irtysh districts, – said Nurbolat Makashev. – Farmers are fully provided with cheaper diesel fuel during harvesting. In general, 3.9 billion tenge was allocated for subsidizing crop production in 2022.
Abylkair Skakov instructed to complete the harvesting campaign on time, ensure the filling of the necessary amount of crop seeds for the harvest and complete the timely removal of hay to the wintering grounds of livestock. The head of the Department of Agriculture, together with agricultural producers, needs to work out the issue of concluding a memorandum to ensure the laying of potatoes and carrots for the spring period for 2022-2023.
- Akims of the Irtysh, Zhelezinsky, Terenkol and Uspensky districts, the Department of Agriculture need to monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations of JSC "NC "Food Corporation" for the forward purchase of grain, - the akim of the region stressed. – The Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development together with JSC "SEC "Pavlodar" to ensure the timely launch of the farmer's market.
According to the head of the regional Department of Economics and Budget Planning Irina Nazarchuk, 34 out of 97 events have been implemented within the framework of the Program for 8 months of this year.
- Thanks to the Program, free hot meals are organized for schoolchildren, which is the only example in the country, – Irina Nazarchuk said. - By the end of the year, it is planned to cover more than 20 thousand children with a sports and creative order. At the same time, 15 thousand unemployed people are employed within the framework of the Action Program of the Pavlodar region.
At the same time, 83 thousand schoolchildren are provided with free travel in public transport. The fleets of the cities of Aksu and Pavlodar have been updated for 42 buses, 134 courtyards have been landscaped, 7 large facilities, 24 mini-football fields and 63 sports grounds have been built. The head of the region noted the importance of implementing the Program, which was adopted taking into account the opinions and wishes of the residents of the region.
- To improve the quality of life of the population, it is necessary to complete the planned activities by the end of this year, - said Abylkair Skakov. – I instruct the head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services, together with the akims of cities and districts, to complete projects on heat and water supply in due time.
Based on the results of the Program, the Department of Information and Public Development needs to develop a mechanism for an express survey among the residents of the region, as well as complete the work on placing the Map of Opportunities in sources accessible to the population.
