Abylkair Skakov held a regular meeting with relatives in the Maisky district
Meetings with villagers in a new format continue in Pavlodar region. The villagers were able to directly ask their questions during the regular meeting of the head of the region in Maysky district.
Maisky district is prosperous in the field of animal husbandry. Over the past three years, the volumes in this industry have grown by 1.2 times, and three large agricultural projects are being implemented by the end of the year. Socially important objects are being actively built up in the district. The share of roads in good condition reached almost 92%. The provision of clean drinking water has increased to 94.6% since 2020. Abylkair Skakov instructed the akim of the district to increase the indicators and intensify work in all socially important areas.
The number of citizens involved in physical education should be increased to 33%. We should not forget about the coverage of additional education for children, the work of mobile employment centers and the improvement of rural medicine, - the head of the region emphasized. – I instruct to complete the work on the opening of four pharmacies based on medical organizations, as well as to ensure the uninterrupted supply of solid coal to remote settlements.
Earlier, as part of a new format of interaction with the population, the heads of regional departments visited 22 settlements of the Maisky district. Of the 63 questions voiced, most are related to improving infrastructure, roads and social support.
Residents of the district were able to directly tell the regional akim about the urgent problems. For example, in Koktobe, villagers need to upgrade intra-settlement roads and the building of the local akimat. Abylkair Skakov instructed the rural and regional akims to resolve issues in a short time.
A local pensioner was worried about the issue of containment of coal prices. According to Maysky district akim Agybay Amirin, there is a necessary reserve in the district. The cost of solid fuel varies from 6.5 thousand to 18 thousand tenge. In general, 48 families will receive assistance with the supply of coal in the district.
The head of the region once again reminded that preparations for the heating season and information work with the population should take place in full and begin in advance.
Akims of districts should exercise strict control over the pricing of solid fuel, - Abylkair Skakov emphasized. “The Social Card of the Family is now being introduced in the region, a special electronic system that will help in further work to support needy families. Once again I note that social security issues are the direct task of local akims of all levels.
According to Elder Yerbolat Shatalov, residents of the villages of Saty and Abay need clean drinking water. It should be reminded that yesterday the oblast akim visited the cleaning station of the Maisky group water pipeline, where samples were taken. Abylkair Skakov instructed, following the results of the check, to develop a scientific project to improve the composition of water.
A resident of the village of Koktobe applied with the problem of underheating of the school. As the district akim assured, two additional boilers have already been installed in the educational institution. The head of the region instructed the akim of the district to keep this issue under control.
Also, the villagers were concerned about social security issues, renovation of cultural and leisure facilities and the lack of medical personnel. At the end of the meeting, the regional akim held a personal reception of citizens.
