The social infrastructure of the Maisky district is gradually improving

In the village of Kentubek, the local school and youth sports school have been updated. Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov got acquainted with the socio-economic development of the Maisky district.

In the Zhaltyr secondary school last year, a major overhaul was carried out. According to the director of the secondary school Anar Zhanygulova, the building built in 1983 has been completely restored. The roof, windows, doors have been replaced, the electrical network and the heating system have been updated.

Akim of the region checked the readiness of the school for the upcoming winter and instructed to provide the facility with uninterrupted heat to create comfortable conditions for teaching children.

Schoolchildren told the head of the region about mastering relevant professions. As part of the "Atlas of New Professions" project operating in the region, graduates passed career guidance testing and received their own psychological portrait. Abylkair Skakov drew attention to the need to involve school graduates in this work as a living example of success.

The roof, windows, doors, floors and heating system have been updated in the branch of the district children's and youth sports school in the village of Kentubek. 90 children are engaged in freestyle wrestling, togyzkumalak and volleyball at the sports school, and since this year, enrollment in the table tennis section has begun.

Abylkair Skakov once again recalled the importance of developing table tennis in schools.

- It is necessary to cultivate this social and important kind of sport, - akim of the region emphasized. — I gave instructions to develop table tennis in the region, which disciplines children, develops thinking and is good for vision.

The head of the region met with pupils of the Youth Sports School - multiple winners of republican and regional competitions, and wished them further success.
