Abylkair Skakov checked the readiness of the regional center for the heating season
Starting next week, heat will be supplied to social facilities. All three thermal power plants are maximally ready for loads in the autumn-winter period. Today the mayor of the city reported to the head of the region on the course of preparation for the heating season.
Pavlodar CHPP-3 is ready for the upcoming heating season. As of today, the repair campaigns have been fully completed. According to and.about. General Director Vadim Lesin, the station has a large capacity and a double supply of coal for 10 days - 115 thousand tons. Abylkair Skakov stressed that this is an irreducible reserve, which should not decrease.
Taking into account the capital and unscheduled works, the reconstruction of heat networks at CHPP-2, including main, intra-quarter and hot water supply networks, was completed. Akim of the region instructed to develop an action plan in case of technological failures and accidents.
– It is important to work out all algorithms of actions in case of emergency situations. Minimize the risks of water hammer. We need not just a basic plan, but there should be several options in case it is necessary to reconnect networks and lower temperatures,” Abylkair Skakov emphasized.
The head of the region set the task of digitizing the entire city heat supply system through a "digital twin". The program will help monitor the condition of the sites and prevent accidents in advance. These instructions concerned the operation of CHPP-1, which is also ready for maximum loads in the autumn-winter period.
Akim of the city reported to the head of the region that all ongoing work will be completed before the start of the heating season. Today, the readiness of the housing stock is 89.2% - 1129 houses. Forced work is underway at 136 Moscow Railways. Filling the system will begin on September 15. First of all, social facilities will be connected to heating.
Further, the head of the region got acquainted with the situation on providing the population with solid fuel. One of the largest points for the sale of coal has a sufficient supply of 4.5 thousand tons. But, as Sergazy Dauletbaev, deputy director of the enterprise, said, the population is in no hurry to buy coal.
Abylkair Skakov called on residents of private sectors and remote villages to stock up on fuel in advance. Akims of cities and districts were instructed to ensure uninterrupted delivery and supply of coal, as well as to maintain tight control over prices.
– We must not allow the hype. All local authorities need to coordinate actions and carry out explanatory work, - said the head of the region. Akims of districts must determine the location of platforms for storing solid fuel.
The head of the region also checked the readiness of residential buildings in different parts of the city. In the house on st. Tkacheva, 18 assured that they were ready for the heating season. Completion of preparation work in a residential building on the street. Bukhar Zhyrau, 353.

As Svetlana Zaichenko, chairman of the KSK, assured, the repair will be completed within a week. Akim of the region instructed the mayor to speed up work on the preparation of residential buildings as soon as possible.
One of the pressing issues of the regional center is the transition to a new form of housing management. To date, about 60% have been transferred to OSI and PT. Abylkair Skakov found out the reason for the slow pace of implementation of the housing reform and instructed Asain Baikhanov to provide high-quality information to residents, as well as to bring the indicators to 100%.
