Abylkair Skakov gave a number of instructions on the implementation of the Address of the Head of State
Akim of Pavlodar region held a meeting on the implementation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan “A Just State. United nation. Prosperous Society” with the participation of akims of cities and districts, heads of regional departments. Reports on the main directions were made by the deputy heads of the region.
According to Oleg Kruk, the first deputy akim of the region, next year it is planned to implement 20 projects for the construction and reconstruction of engineering networks in the region. This will make it possible to reduce wear rates.
During the discussion, Abylkair Skakov set clear goals for the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State. In particular, to carry out work to expand the power generation capacity market, as well as to take an active part in submitting proposals for the concept of "Tariffs in exchange for investments" to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, work is underway in the region to seize unused and issued lands in violation of the law. Thus, in order to fulfill the instructions of the Head of State, the interdepartmental working subgroup returned 208.1 thousand hectares to state ownership. There are plans to return another 100,000 hectares by the end of this year. Abylkair Skakov instructed to speed up work in this direction.
- The issue of pastures is very acute, ordinary people cannot find land for grazing. In all regions, there is one key issue now - the availability of pastures. Using the example of one village, you need to draw a map on the return of land. It's time to put things in order and bring everything in line, - the regional akim emphasized.
The message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan once again outlined the unconditional priority of the social sphere in state policy. The minimum wage is increased from 60 to 70 thousand tenge. According to Deputy Akim Aizada Kurmanova, from January 1, 2023, about 21,000 residents of the region will be covered by state support measures. Also, the Digital Family Card has been introduced in pilot mode, which will allow providing social support to families through an electronic system.
Akim of the region gave a number of instructions on the development of SMEs, increasing the income of the population and social support, as well as bringing the main provisions of the Message of the Head of State to every resident of the region.
