Abylkair Skakov appointed Ayan Beisekin as the new akim of Ekibastuz.

Akim of Pavlodar region presented the new akim of the city to the assets of Ekibastuz. They became Ayan Beisekin, who previously held the position of akim of the Irtysh region. The head of the region Abylkair Skakov named the initial power tasks for the mayor.

 A native of the Pavlodar region, Ayan Beisekin, has been in charge of his native Irtysh region since 2019. Prior to that, he was deputy akim of Pavlodar and deputy head of the Zhelezinsky district. From 2015 to 2017, Beisekin served as the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of Almaty. Before the metropolis, in different years they worked in the akimat of the North Kazakhstan region, agents for civil service affairs and in disclosure.

Ayan Beisekin is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, a graduate of the Bolashak program. In 2008 he graduated from ENU named after L.N. M. V. Lomonosov.

 Introducing Ayan Beisekin, Abylkair Skakov emphasized that Ekibastuz is a city with a unique structure of a special economy and labor traditions.

- What distinguishes Ekibastuz most of all is its people. Those who are not indifferent to the development of their native city, with a firm civic position, politically active, are the narrow akim of the region. The people of Ekibastuz are sincerely worried about their city, and I understand them perfectly. Take even the repair of roads. Today I drove along the identified streets of the city: the roads are torn up, unfinished, and if they do, then with unknown completion dates.

 As the region shared, those who turn to it complain about the lack of communication with the competent city services. Insufficient emergency dialogue between the akimat and the townspeople was noticed by the oblast akim himself during his meeting with relatives. Abylkair Skakov instructed Ayan Beisekin to rectify the situation urgently.

- Residents should receive objective and reliable information, whatever it may be. Without evasions and embellishments - the surgical part of the region to the akim of Ekibastus. You don't have much time to solve this problem. The beginning of the school year, the billing season is not far off - residents have more and more questions.

One of the most discussed issues now is the upcoming heating season. A separate meeting with the participation of all parties will be devoted to the problems of heat supply today.

- Earlier I had a conversation with the shareholders. I will say right away: we will not let anyone freeze the city. Let's drop everything necessary for this force, we'll figure it out, - said Abylkair Skakov.

The mentioned situation with thermal power station, akim of the region stated the decrease in the quality of the nervous tissue. One of the reasons is staff turnover and understaffing of departments.

 Akim of the region instructed to improve the quality of implementation of the CRC and discuss socially important events, including discussing the general plans of the city, with the public and experts. Other acute problems include public transport. The issue of updating the fleet must be resolved by the end of the year, he instructed the region.

 Abylkair Skakov also outlined a number of tasks in the social, cultural and sports fields. He said that the initiative is expected from the city.

- Ekibastuz is of special strategic importance for the region and the country. The following funds and resources are allocated for its development. The city has a powerful personnel potential, a tradition, a special patriotic spirit. That is, there is practically everything for steady growth, - said the regional akim.

 He stressed that all work should be aimed at improving the quality of life in the Ekibastuz medical institution. Including during their unscheduled trips.
