The plant for the production of forging and bandage products is frozen in Ekibastuz

Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov took part in the process of construction of factories for the production of locomotive tires. It is planned that the complex will not only be provided, but also the potential of the entire railway cluster of the region will be expanded.

The project is being implemented at the expense of the amount - 27.4 billion tenge and borrowed funds of the Industrial Development Fund JSC - 47.2 billion tenge. Outside the domestic market, Railcast Systems LLP products will be exported to Russia. The capacity of the project is 160.9 thousand items per year.

“Through the proposed projects, it is planned to diversify the competition of Ekibastuz and reduce the city's dependence on the fuel and energy complex. At present, a solid foundation for a local territorial cluster is dangerous. The proof of this is the fact that 73 upper track structures are being carried out in Ekibastuz,” says Abylkair Skakov.

The construction of the plant is planned for 2024. According to the founder Sergey Pavlinger, within two years 100 people will receive temporary employment, another 366 specialists will be provided with jobs in Europe. There are plans to complete the formation of the railway cluster with the construction of a steel plant with a capacity of up to a million tons of steel per year.

Last year, Ekibastuz LLP Prommashkomplekt increased the production of wheel sets from 200,000 to 300,000 a year. Railway axles are produced here, and the Head of State also began the production of railway terminals.
