Congratulation of the akim of Pavlodar region on the Day of State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Dear countrymen!

I congratulate you on the Day of State Characters!

Our flag, coat of arms and anthem are, first of all, the personification of the independence of Kazakhstan. But thanks to their beauty, grace and deep meaning embedded in them, our treasures have become and known to our unity forever.

Like the shanyrak depicted on the coat of arms, we were united by love for the Fatherland. And our common aspiration for high organs is proclaimed by the whole world, soaring high under the sun. This image on the sky blue flag is well known abroad. Every time our athletes, artists and many others defend the honor of Kazakhstan on the world stage, we all together lift the weight of our banner and put our palms on our hearts while singing our anthem.

We are united by mutual respect, patriotism and freedom of values. They themselves are the owners of their own symbols.

Happy holiday! Happy State Characters Day!
