Assistant to the President of Kazakhstan Ernar Baspayev visited Pavlodar region

The visit of the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Head of the Department for Monitoring the consideration of Appeals of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place as part of planned events for the organization of field receptions in the regions of the country.

The guest was presented with the activities of the Open Pavlodar front office, where, according to the principle of "one window", public services are provided in paper and electronic format, as well as receptions of citizens by heads of state bodies are held.

Yernar Baspayev was also told about the new opportunities that became available to local executive bodies after connecting to the e-Atinish information system, launched throughout the country on behalf of the Head of State. The staff of the Akimat noted the main advantages of the system related to convenience, transparency of all stages of consideration of appeals, both for the applicant and for state bodies.

Then the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited Open Akimat in Aksu, where a reception of citizens on personal issues took place. During the reception, citizens raised various issues, most of which were resolved positively. In particular, this year a new football field and a children's playground will appear in the courtyard of houses Astana, 46, 47, 48.

The main reception of the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the regional akimat with the involvement of interested central state bodies. This format of work made it possible to discuss the issues raised online, to set tasks for authorized state bodies.
