Centers of relevant professions will be opened in Pavlodar region

Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov reported this during the dialogue platform JASTAR TALKS. Meeting with leaders of youth associations "New Kazakhstan: The future is in our hands" was held in the House of Friendship.

JASTAR TALKS is a creative conference of a free format, the purpose of which is to spread unique ideas and exchange opinions, useful experience. This time, the head of the region became the guest of the youth dialogue platform.

The Governor of the region stressed the significant role of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in strengthening interethnic and interfaith harmony in the country. Abylkair Skakov noted the importance of using the opportunities that are being created in our country for the sake of the future of youth, while not making a mistake when choosing a profession and being able to appreciate time.

- The most difficult thing in the modern world is to find your vocation, – said the akim of the region. – How many people make mistakes in choosing a profession, so we want to create a system of early career guidance in schools. For this purpose, centers of relevant professions will be created in colleges, where those who wish will be able to help retrain.

During the conversation, the head of the Unified Personnel Management Service of the Akimat of Pavlodar region Natalia Nefedova told about her history of becoming a person and a civil servant. She noted that the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan teaches to respect the cultural diversity of all ethnic groups. Natalia Nefedova concluded her speech with an excerpt from the poem by the poet Magzhan Zhumabayev "Men zhastarga senemin" ("I believe in youth").

Coach-motivator Aytym Kusainov, who opened a comprehensive rehabilitation room for people with disabilities, stressed that young people should appreciate the opportunities that life gives them.

- I grew up without a father and was the only man in the family, - Aytym Kusainov shared. – For a long time I could not find a job. During that difficult period, the Youth Initiatives Development Center helped me find my vocation. Together with colleagues, we have created a service for people with increased needs. Later, I opened my own rehabilitation center.

In turn, Akim of Kalinovsky rural district of the Terankol district Sanzhar Ryspekov told his peers about the history of his success. According to him, it is always necessary to respond positively to opening opportunities, constantly learn, improve your skills. He stressed that he would make every effort to implement his election promises. In conclusion, the youngest akim in Pavlodar region invited young people to work in rural areas.

Returning to the topic of creating a barrier-free environment, the head of the region promised to consider the issue of opening inclusive classrooms in the schools of the region. He stressed that the time has come to seriously address it.

At the end of the meeting, Abylkair Skakov called on young people to change their lives for the better together with joint efforts.
