Youth and athletes supported the regional marathon of cleanliness

Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov got acquainted with the course of the "Purity Marathon".

More than two hundred athletes took part in a clean-up at Kataev 46/1. They amicably cleared five nearby yards of debris, fallen leaves and painted benches.

Abylkair Skakov thanked the athletes for their active citizenship. He stressed that this is a good example for the younger generation.

- Cleanliness is not a matter of one day and one hour, - said Abylkair Skakov. – When the citizens themselves are involved in the life of the city to restore order, there is unity and a sense of pride for their hometown, which has always been famous for clean streets and courtyards.

Then the akim of the region visited Tandem-PV LLP, where the company's employees were landscaping the adjacent plot. Abylkair Skakov thanked entrepreneurs for their social activity.

The fighters of the regional headquarters "Zhasyl El" took over the cleaning of the yard on Lermontov Street. The commander of the detachment Rusana Samekova said that the residents of the house provided them with all possible assistance. Zhasylelevtsy treated the participants of the subbotnik with hot tea and sweets.

The final point of the detour of the akim of the region was the house at Toraighyrov, 36. Members of the NGO "Buka films" with the participation of the sports club "Dos" and volunteers of Toraighyrov University organized yard cleaning here. Abylkair Skakov talked with young people and took a picture with them for memory.

During the conversation with the youth, the akim of the region stressed that the maintenance of the city should be done regularly, not once a year. For his part, Abylkair Skakov promised to provide comprehensive support to residents with an active civic position.
