Foreign businessmen are interested in the products of Pavlodar region

A delegation of the Omsk Region headed by Governor Alexander Burkov arrived in Pavlodar. The parties held a bilateral meeting in the regional akimat.

The head of the region Abylkair Skakov noted that more than 600 joint Kazakh-Russian enterprises operate in the Pavlodar region.

- Over five years, the trade turnover between the Pavlodar region and the Russian Federation increased by 40% and amounted to 648 billion tenge or 112 billion rubles, - Abylkair Skakov said.

Alexander Burkov announced a number of proposals on behalf of Omsk enterprises. In particular, they are ready to purchase up to seven thousand tons per month of petroleum benzene and technical butane produced by the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant.

During the visit, the Omsk delegation visited Rubikom LLP, where they got acquainted with the company's activities. Alexander Burkov invited Vyacheslav Ruf, the founder of Rubikom LLP, to develop the Omsk market.

In addition, the delegation visited the only multimedia museum in Kazakhstan "Ertis" dedicated to natural sciences. The museum was opened in 2019 and can accommodate up to 600 people at the same time. A short excursion on the history of the Pavlodar region was organized for the residents of Omsk.
