Meetings with villagers in a new format continue in Pavlodar region
In the House of Culture of the village of Uspenka, a meeting of the akim of the region with the population of the district took place, during which the villagers had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the head of the region.
As part of the new format of interaction with the population, the heads of eight regional administrations visited 20 settlements. 77 appeals were received from residents of the district, 13 of which were immediately resolved, 36 more will be resolved this year.
After that, the floor was given directly to the residents. A local farmer was concerned about the lack of cheaper fuel for field work. According to the head of the regional Department of agriculture Nurbolat Makashev, the fuel allocated for the month of April has already been mastered. However, there were those who did not have time to use cheaper diesel fuel. The demand is four thousand tons.
To solve this problem, it is planned to allocate part of the fuel calculated for May. The akim of the region instructed to resolve this issue within a week.
The director of the district music school Valentina Abarova, in turn, thanked the leadership of the region for the revival of the educational institution. The school was restored after 30 years. However, the number of children who want to learn beautiful things has increased significantly and now there is a question of expanding the school. Abylkair Skakov instructed the akim of the district to find the best solution to this issue.
There were other questions. So, boxing coach Asylbek Kalykov was interested in the possibility of providing a separate building for boxing classes. According to him, the example of the Irtysh district and its native Serik Temirzhanov shows that due attention to this sport gives results. In addition, the coach asked to allocate vouchers for per capita financing of the state order for sports for the Uspensky district.
Akim of the district Nikolay Dychko promised to find a solution to this issue.
The head of Galitsky LLP, Alexander Kasitsyn, in turn, called for social responsibility of businessmen of the district.
- Now many entrepreneurs have forgotten about social responsibility, - said the farmer. - We have to help solve the problems of native villages. There are also enough businessmen in Uspenka. If I had such a master of sports, he would have his own boxing gym tomorrow.
Saken Rakhimzhanov from Tavolzhan raised the issue of extraction and production of table salt in the village. According to him, the village has good prospects for the development of salt production. It is only necessary to establish this production.
The akim of the region supported the villager and recalled that in the best years in Tavolzhan 1,900 people worked in salt mining, and about three thousand people lived in the village. According to Nikolay Dychko, it is planned to resuscitate Maly Tavolzhan. In the future, an option with the revival of Bolshoy Tavolzhan is possible. In any case, negotiations are underway on this.
The villagers also asked to repair the district recreation center. Abylkair Skakov expressed full support and instructed to develop competent design and estimate documentation.
The question of the shortage of personnel for agriculture was raised. According to the villagers, there is a shortage of turners, locksmiths, tractor drivers. For his part, the head of the region announced a plan to re-equip colleges for the needs of the national economy. As Abylkair Skakov noted, in the near future, the TVET of the region will be re-equipped, but it is also necessary to introduce dual training with a close relationship with the employer.
Summing up, the akim of the region once again stressed the presence of unresolved problems in the Uspensky district. At the same time, Abylkair Skakov agreed with the residents that a lot is also being done. He noted that the task is to make the life of the villagers even better. And this requires joint efforts of government agencies, business and the population.
At the end of the meeting, the akim of the region also received citizens on personal issues.
