A meeting on the formation of an anti-corruption culture in the regional society was held in the akimat.

Pavlodar region has been identified as a pilot region in the basic direction of "Prevention and combating corruption" in accordance with the requirements of project management.

The head of the regional akim's office, Didar Ibrayev, said that the Pavlodar region has entered a pilot project on the formation of rejection of corruption in society.

- Local executive bodies together with the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency have done a lot of work, - said Didar Ibrayev. - It was attended by employees of the akim's office and regional departments. It was possible to decompose the entire algorithm of work, with deadlines, responsible persons supporting documents on the implementation of this project.

According to Anti-Corruption Commissioner Serik Muslimov, the Anti-Corruption Agency approved a plan for the implementation of 4 groups of projects, these are the identification of corruption risks; elimination of corruption risks; strengthening of anti-corruption culture; prevention of corruption in the quasi-public sector.

16 KPIs and 59 projects have been identified in our region. To achieve key indicators, 807 tasks are planned to be completed.

The projects and their full decomposition are uploaded to the EasyProject information system, which will allow using the potential of the Project Office for coordination and control of execution

One of the differences of project management is the consolidation of personal responsibility for the execution of tasks and projects.

First Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Department Muratbek Kassymov noted that project management is an important stage of institutional reforms.

- Reforms imply professionalism and responsibility of officials, achievement of concrete results by them and departure from formalism, - Muratbek Kassymov said. - Project management is implemented in accordance with the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Ethics Commissioner of the office of the Akim of Pavlodar region, Chingiz Agzhanbayev, said that one of the differences in project management is the personal responsibility of the heads of state bodies for the execution of tasks.

- It is very important to understand and remember that the project is a complex of interrelated activities aimed at achieving the goals of the project - said Genghis Agzhanbayev. - This means that the untimely execution of tasks will entail the disruption of the project.

Didar Ibrayev noted that the identification of corruption risks should not turn into a search for errors in the activities of a state agency.

- First of all, it is the elimination of prerequisites for more serious consequences, - said the chief of staff. - We have to carry out this work in order to protect ourselves and our colleagues.

Didar Ibrayev instructed the heads of departments to take control of the implementation of the project, promptly exchange information using modern means of communication.
