Mass festivities in honor of the Nauryz holiday were held in Pavlodar
Twenty-three festive villages were located in each microdistrict and suburban villages so that residents could feel the atmosphere of the holiday.

Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov congratulated residents and guests of the city on the holiday. He noted that for two years of quarantine restrictions, people have missed a truly national holiday.
- I am very glad that we have come together to celebrate Nauryz, - said the head of the region. - This holiday embodies the awakening of nature, is a symbol of peace and harmony among all ethnic groups of our Motherland.
An exhibition was organized in the village "Nauryz", where the akim of the region was shown objects of culture and everyday life of the Kazakh people. Zhenisbek Kadyr, an employee of the regional History and Local Lore Museum named after G. Potanin, told about the device of the traditional dwelling of nomadic peoples - a yurt.
- The size of the yurt is determined by the number of kerege, they are called "kanat" - "wings", - said Zhenibsek Kadyr. - Our people used six, eight and sixteen-room yurts.
In the village "Tatulyk", located in the courtyard of Pavlodar Pedagogical University, Abylkair Skakov took part in the ceremony "Tusau kesu". He wished the boy named Shyngys good health and expressed hope that he would grow up to be a worthy citizen of our country.
Akim of the region also visited the village "Yntymak" on the territory of secondary school No. 12 named after K. Bekkhozhin. Here, the winners of the educational project "Tulpar minip, tu algan" addressed the akim of the region. Mansur Sagidolla and Azalia Turysbekova read excerpts from the epics "Koblandy Batyr" and "Er Yedige". Abylkair Skakov presented them with a set of a treatise by poet and philosopher Yusuf Balasaguni "Kudatgu bilik" - "Blessed knowledge".
In conclusion, the head of the region congratulated the residents of the Usolsky microdistrict. In the village "Birlik" on the territory of the park on Tkachev Street, the organizers treated the townspeople with delicious baursaks and Nauryz-kozhe.
