A new chief of Staff of the Akim of Pavlodar region has been appointed

In coordination with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Akim of the region, a reservist of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve Didar Ibraev was appointed to the post of head of the akim's office.

Didar Ibrayev was born in 1992 in Zhelezinsky district. In 2014, he graduated from S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in law.

From 2009 to 2015, he worked in the Office of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Legal statistics and Special accounting in the Pavlodar region. Over the years, he worked in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Pavlodar region. In 2018-2020, he held the position of head of the Akim's office of the Aktogay district. Later he became the ethics commissioner of the office of the akim of Pavlodar region. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Deputy chief of Staff of the akim of the region.

Presenting the new chief of staff to the staff of the akimat, the head of the region Abylkair Skakov noted that his experience in the civil service and professionalism will ensure a high level of competent solution of tasks.

In addition, in order to improve the efficiency of the staff, the new head was instructed to strengthen the analytical work of the staff, intensify interaction with the situational analysis center, and continue the development of HR strategy for personnel management.

The Governor of the region said that as part of the execution of the address of the Head of State, it is necessary to take effective measures to increase the mobility of the state apparatus.

As you know, today the ex-chief of staff of the akim of the region, Nurlan Dyusimbinov, has been appointed akim of Aksu.
