Nurlan Dyusembinov was appointed Akim of the city of Aksu

Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov presented Nurlan Dyusimbinov to the asset of the city of Aksu as a new akim. The head of the region noted that Zhanat Shugaev was dismissed on the basis of his own statement for health reasons and thanked him for his work.

Akim of the region noted that the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his Message announced the introduction of a mechanism for direct financing of local self-government.

- Akims on the ground need to take a set of measures to promptly address socio-economic measures, improve the welfare of the people, - said Abylkair Skakov. - It is also necessary to develop rapid measures to reduce unemployment, develop entrepreneurship, and create new jobs.

Abylkair Skakov instructed the new akim, first of all, to put into operation a new boiler house in Aksu. At the same time, Nurlan Dyusimbinov needs to take control of the social initiatives outlined in the Action Program of the Pavlodar region for 2022. Among them, the akim of the region named the issues of education, youth problems, support for SMEs, etc.

Nurlan Dyusimbinov has extensive experience in the field of public service. He worked as the chairman of the regional audit commission. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as akim of the city of Aksu. Subsequently, he worked as the head of the finance Department of the Pavlodar region. From March 2020 until his new appointment, he held the position of Chief of Staff of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
