Azamat Mangutov appointed akim of the Terankol district

Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov presented the new head of the asset of the district. In agreement with the deputies of the district maslikhat, Azamat Mangutov, a local native, became one.

The head of the region set priority tasks for the newly appointed akim. First of all, he needs to improve the socio-economic infrastructure of the district. Also, the akim of the region instructed Azamat Mangutov to streamline the work of local state bodies on the issuance of land plots. At the same time, the akim of the district needs to create new jobs, including for young people.

Azamat Mangutov was born in 1986 in the village of Tleubai. In 2007 he graduated from S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in State and Local Administration. He received his second higher education in 2020 at Pavlodar Pedagogical University, majoring in "Teacher of Physical Culture and sports".

He started his career in 2010 as the chief specialist of the Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kachir district of Pavlodar region.

From 2013 to 2019, he worked as the akim of the Ivanovo rural District. Prior to his appointment, Azamat Mangutov headed the district center - the village of Terenkol.
