Abylkair Skakov spoke about the need to develop personal subsidiary farms

The Pavlodar region has high hopes for a bill designed to support the country's private subsidiary farms. The head of the region said this during a meeting with residents of the Zhelezinsky district. Abylkair Skakov took part in the reporting meeting of the akim of the Bashmachinsky rural district in front of the population, and also visited a number of social facilities.

The akim of the region began his working trip with the Bashmachinsky school, where last year repairs were carried out under the program "Auyl - El besigi". Due to this project, the facade and interior spaces were put in order at the educational institution, windows and doors were replaced. In addition, the contractors divided the dining area and the assembly hall, which used to be located in the same room. In the renovated school, children with even greater zeal not only gain knowledge, but also, for example, play chess. As teachers say, during recess, many children now rush to one of the recreations on the second floor, where chess tables are installed.

- Today, 3-4 people play chess in each class of our educational institution, - said the head of the school chess club Sergey Tkach. - Our students participate and win in district tournaments, but they have not been given competitions at the regional level yet, but everything is still ahead.

In a rural outpatient clinic, the head of the region went to a social pharmacy. Health workers noted that the prices of medicines here are much lower than in conventional drug outlets.

- Share your experience with colleagues from other districts, - Abylkair Skakov addressed the doctors. - For some reason there is a social pharmacy in Bashmachnoye, but there is no such thing in other villages. Apparently, it depends on the work of the local akim and the chief physician of the district hospital.

As well as during working trips to other villages, akim went to one of the shops in Bashmachny. Here, as in other outlets of the Pavlodar region, social shelves were equipped. Potatoes, carrots, sugar, cereals and other products are sold from them at reduced prices. Olga Veshchitskaya, who returned to her native village from Germany a few years ago, runs the store.

- I lived there for two years, but then I wanted to go home, so I came back, - said the individual entrepreneur. - When I left, my mother was in charge of the store, now I work here myself.

In the rural house of culture, the head of the region took part in the reporting meeting of the akim of the Bashmachinsky rural district in front of the population. I must say that according to the results of last year, Meruertkulova entered the top three rural akims throughout Kazakhstan. With the support of fellow villagers, she managed to ensure that last year, within the framework of "Auyl - El Besigi", not only a school was repaired in Bashmachny, but also a mini-center and 3.6 kilometers of intra-village roads. Also in the support village, water supply networks were brought to mind and a football field was equipped. In the village of Kuzmino, which is part of the district, a complex block module for water supply of the population was introduced.

- Today we have ready design and estimate documentation for the average repair of another 4.1 kilometers of intra-village roads in Bashmachnoye and 2.1 kilometers of streets in the village of Beregovoye, - Meruertkulova said about the plans. - The village-forming enterprise Agro Capital LLP plans to install a playground for 5 million tenge this year.

Also in 2022, they intend to install an antenna of the Tele2 mobile operator in Bashmachnoye to improve the quality of cellular communications and mobile Internet. Meanwhile, preparations are underway in the village of Beregovoye for the construction of a simplified water pipeline - the relevant design and estimate documentation is already available.

In his speech, Abylkair Skakov noted that today the Pavlodar region is trying to pay special attention to rural settlements, including small ones. However, in order for villages to continue to grow on a par with cities, according to the akim, it is necessary to actively develop livestock. A new bill designed to support personal subsidiary farms should help in this.

- Already now we have to understand what potential the region has in terms of land and fodder, - said Abylkair Skakov. - The Irtysh flows in our region, which means that there are good opportunities for irrigation. Unfortunately, the food basket is getting more expensive and, if not influenced by the development of personal farmsteads, food prices will only grow. Therefore, due to the management of private farms and effective cooperation, we must strive to ensure that each village independently provides itself with everything necessary.

In Bashmachny, the akim of the region held a personal reception of citizens. Many villagers went to him with a personal request. For example, one of the residents of the rural district asked for help with the purchase of a wheelchair for her daughter. The head of the region assured that the family will be helped.
